Volume and Capacity
Displacement
As part of our Mathematics work on Volume and Capacity, students in Year 5/6 undertook some experiments on displacement. Students collected a variety of objects and placed them in tubes of water. They then ordered them by how much water they "shifted" or "pushed up" (displaced).
